We bought a 2012 Ford Taurus sel in April 2012, it now has about 6000 miles on it. We are an older couple with no kids, so the back doors have been used a max of 5 times, however when it got cold outside we noticed while opening the back door from the outside the handle wouldnt snap back into position. Now the other night I was taking my husband a few of his friends someplace and when he opened the back door the handle broke, we can open the door but we heard a snap and something fell down inside the door, I will be taking the car in to the dealership in the morning and really hoping this is a covered thing. We paid cash for this car, now Im starting to regret buying this car at all.
