Front brake caliper not releasing pressure from rotor.
I have tried bleeding lines but as soon as the brakes are pumped up
the pressure goes back and closes on rotor. Any suggestions of what is causing the problem or how to fix. Will a new caliper fix the problem?

Kindly check you brake fluid, if it is low then top it off to the mark, this can be happened because of low brake fluid.

brakes are probably the most important part brake of your car. Seriously, brakes aren't something to play around with. If your car is having a braking problem, whether it's weak brakes, a mushy pedal, grinding sounds - whatever your brake problem is, you need to troubleshoot and repair it as soon as possible. And you need to check out for low level brake fluid, or contaminated brake fluid, worn brake pads,or a bad power boost unit what ever it is you need to get it done with asap.
