I am rebuilding a 1966 Mustang and I can't decide what color I want to paint it. So any suggestions? and also I am looking for a cool shifter knob so tell me which one you think is the coolest from Shifters Galore. Thanks!

as for colors... the entire rainbow of colors is possible..
are you aware that there are 4 specific mustang and ford magazines on this site???
mustangmonthly com is just one..
surf through a few dozen finished cars...
i had a friend who used to use newer model paint as it was easier to come by in preblended batches.. it also made touch up paint easier to get..
be sure to check the TECH menu on the mustang monthly site.. they have a LOT of articles that will really help you with your mustang rebuild..
mustangandfords com
musclemustangfastfords com
this one covers the later 5.0 and 4.6 mustangs
mustang50magazine com
they all have tech sections and how to sections...

Its probably the most cost effective way to go when money is an issue. Its a reliable rear end for easy commutes, and high way driving. Good luck, it takes much time and patient to rebuild this car model.
