trying to buy 24" or 22 " wheels for my 08 silverado and do i have
to do some modification? are they going to rub when im turning?

22 if not 20, 24 sounds way too big.

I think 22" are best wheel size.

Don't go up in wheel size because you seriously change the handling dynamics under any emergency or sudden steering and braking event. You end up endangering yourself and other innocent folks.
