I think the CEO of Ford should take customer care better then he does.If you buy a new car you want a new car it acts just like a used car then Ford dosen't live up to there cars.I think the Ford company is a croak of crap.They should face customers instead of hiding behind thier desk or thier office doors.He talks about how great his company is but he can't live by his company at all.Allan Mulally you are a fake CEO and need to learn what it takes to be a good car person.Not just guess how your cars are you sell lemons and right know I owe one of your lemons.

what kind of problems do you have? i own a 2008 focus and i havent had any problems.

Even if the CEO of a global multinational happened to know who every last customer happened to be, he'd sure as hell be smart to pretend not to know you.
