I AM FROM PANAMA AND MY NEW SPORTAGE 2011 HAVE PROBLEM IN BRAKE SYSTEM.

Dear Sirs:
My name is Alberto Manuel Garibaldi, i am in Panama and i have problem with my new Kia Sportage 2011.
Take the car to the repair shop of Grupo Silaba (Silver Motors S.A) and review it for the loud noise that you hear when you apply the brakes and wheels shown in chocolate brown powder in the four wheels.
You have to send the technical information they can to resolve this problem in the brake system.
From experience with my other cars, brake pads contain much metal and have crystallized the brake discs.
The brake pads of the cars in the United States should use for cars shipped to Panama.
For U.S. use of superior quality compared to ours.
The composition with these pads that are made in the USA are different to those used for cars in Panama.
The caliper does not do its function, something not allowed to work properly.
***It also has noise problems in the suspension, it sounds like the noise of a spring of old mattress.
***The headlights, on the inside, by the humidity of the environment is completely filled with water droplets, condensation problems.
***The lock on the door of baggage is a loud noise. This lock does not close properly and has movement.
These problems are going to give a bad image to the Kia brand if you do not look for solutions to this problem. It is very difficult to get a good image in a competitive market but it is very easy and fast to lose if we do not act quickly to solve problems.
All cars Sportge 2011 sold in Panama have the same problem as well as Tucson huyndai have the same problem but the difference is that the dealer PetroAuto, if change all the defective parts with new ones at no cost to the owner of the vehicle and that is why Huyndai has a very good image in the market and Kia have a BAD IMAGE.
I hope that you could help me with this issue and make all the changes necessary on my Sportage 2011
and the remains of the vehicles have been sold in Panama.
