Has anyone else out there had probelms with the air in CR-V's?  Confused   We have a 2002 CR-V and have the vehicle in the shop again.  In July 2008 we had the whole unit replaced for a cost of close to $1000.  Then in March of this year we had to have it done again !!!  Thankfully the part was under warranty but it cost over $300 for labour.  The first warm day of the year I turned it on and it was blowing warm air.  Shocked Now it is in the shop again because apparently we have metal shavings throughout the system and it needs major work and will cost thousands.  Not a happy camper !!!  Mad   Honda Canada had agreed to cover part of the cost but the cost to us will still be $1000.  If it was done and replaced properly in the first place, why is there an issue again?  I have done a lot of looking into this and there is actually a lawsuit in the states regarding this issue.  I am interested to see if anyone else has had this problem. Ooo
