When I called customer service department at 800-695-1970 to report that I'd not seen my September issue, the representative was very quick to tell me that there were no more September issues and that my subscription would be extended for a month. When I asked repeatedly whether there was any indication whether my issue had been sent, the representative's only answer was that there was a limited amount delivered by suppliers for distribution... Did I understand correctly? Was there some sort of supplier hiccup that caused subscribers to be shorted on a popular issue?
