I purchased my new Honda CRV last november,not even been a year, it has done around 18,000 kms only. The vehicle service is covered by Honda service and maintainance contract till 40,000 kms.
The problem is that now when the vehicle is driven at 1500 rpm, the whole vehicle vibrates very noticeably. I took it to a Honda service center in Dubai and left it with them for 4 days; they got back to me 4 days later and told me to pick the car up as they couldn't identify the problem. In short they told me " your vehicle has a problem, but sorry we cant do anything about it now; you may take it and ***
I wonder what they meant by this? I defintely dont want to drive a defective vehicle. Isn't this supposed to be covered under warranty?
Does anyone know any contact details for the Honda Japan so i can report this.
