I had to put a new crank kit in a highlander.  I got the timing set right and the wiring harness put in.  Now when I try to start it, it turn but it will not idle on it's own.  If I step on the gas it will race up to 2000 r.p.m's and shut down. I even took the timing cover off to recheck the timing and pulled the cam sensors out and checked them.  the Tps is working properly and the ics is working too.  If there is anyone out there that can help I would appreciate it.
