I own a 1998 Dodge Ram 1500 SLT with the 5.9L V8 magnum, it runs good but while driving it seems to lose power when it shifts into 4th gear or O/D, I've had my transmission and rear end serviced, replace plugs, wires, air filters and fuel filters. Does any one know what would cause it to lose power.

Need more details. I can tell you that when your converter clutch locks up, it will take a little longer for the transmission to downshift. If you're just driving it around town, or are in a very hilly area, I'd just shift it to "D" or "3" to keep it from going into overdrive, and put it in OD when you're on the interstate.
