I have/had a 2006 Honda Ridgeline that recently had an spontaneous dash fire (while driving) and burn down. I loved that car. It had great features and drove well. It was great while it lasted. The resale value proved to be incredible. I paid 34K new and Geico Paid over 22K for the totaled car. The problem is that it should never had happened and Honda is bearing no responsibility nor investigation. I saw no other similar reports on the web. I also asked Honda for a consideration in buying a new one but they offered nothing. So much for customer loyalty. I also have a 91 CRX in original condition with 29K miles and expect another 100K but they dont make Hondas like they use to.
