I thought it was curious that under the GREEN tab in this ezines front page featured a list of the "Best MPG cars", and out of 10 cars smart fortwo wasn't listed ----------- #1 - 2008 Toyota Prius 48 mpg city / 45 mpg hwy The Toyota Prius is an impressive technological fe more #22008 Honda Civic Hybrid - 40 city / 45 hwy #32009 BMW 3-Series - 17 city / 27 hwy #42009 Toyota Camry - 33 city / 34 hwy #52008 Toyota Yaris - 29 city / 35 hwy #62009 Toyota Corolla - 27 city / 35 hwy #72008 Mini cooper - 27 city / 35 hwy #82008 Honda Fit - 27 city / 34 hwy #92008 Hyundai Accent - 24 city / 33 hwy #102008 Nissan Versa - 24 city / 32 hwy -------------- Then, from the same page, I went to Green Car Reviews. Scanned 4 pages, and about 50 vehicles... no smart fortwo. Very strange, since it is rated the highest MPGs for any non-hybrid currently in production and sold in the USA. Heck, it beats anything except the Prius in the list I copied above ... even driving aggressively.
