Is there any difference between the 2008 and 2009 Mustang Bullit ? I have a chance to buy a 2008 at a big discount and hhave just driven a 2009 and fell in love but the dealer is not comming off the prices on the 2009's.

I was in the same situation. I bought the 2008, because both models are exactly the same. The only difference is that the 09's come with standard sirius satellite.
