Ford has announced the price for the 2010 Taurus SHO at $37,995. Considering it has 365 horsepower, all-wheel drive, and is projected to do 0-60 in close to 5 seconds flat and the quarter mile in a tick over 13, do you think it's worth the price?

The $37k price tag isa BARGAIN considering the power and all the stardard features It'll have.
In other words, It's a loaded model that cost $37K
IT'S NOT A BASE MODEL!

Over priced when you add options. It's only a Ford and at that price I'd start looking at a BMW

In Canada, that 2010 Taurus Sho lists with options at $50,000. i saw a bmw 135i for the same price. so since the Ford is complete with all those options and performance it probably is worth it. but does ford think they can sell alot of them? they would be wise to make the car more assessible to more consumers and make it a bit of a bargain. That's a good selling point when dealers are trying to move products. after all, the car magazines says this car is not quite perfect, so that should drive down the price a bit. maybe 40,000 in Canada would be more reasonable all things considered. I've seen it in the past with Ford. Whenever they build something with some desirability, they up the price then that car is stopped being built because it wasn't selling enough quantities. too bad for them. poor marketing schemes.
