If fuel rises sky high will this effect on how there racing budget is spent? will it cause racing teams to go tits up

Fuel cost is such a teeny, tiny part of a race team's budget that it won't effect things that much. The racing world's biggest concern now is sponsorship and manufacturer money going away. Fuel cost is the least of their concerns.
