Have a 1997 towncar signature series, 65K miles, I parked it 3 weeks ago and it drove fine. Went to start, it turns over but will not start, all fuses are good, half tank of gas, and fuel shutoff switch did not pop. Has anyone got any ideas as to what the problem might be????

sounds like fuel pump problems, or a relay, typical for cars that sit too long...

Yes, you need to check fuel pressure. If that is fine, then move on to confirm you have spark.
