Garden Grove Hyundai Ripping People Off!!!

I bought a used 2002 Hyundai XG350 from Hyundai Garden Grove with less than 50k miles at time of purchase. Before puchasing the car it is pulling so much to the right. I told them about it and they promised they will fix the problem because it's just an allignment problem only. After, two days the car is still pulling to the right. I returned the car and they promised to fix the problem. It took them almost 3 weeks, but they never fixed the problem. After complaning with Hyundai Corporation they finally returned the car to me. To my surprise it still has the problem. I called their dealership and they suggested to fix the car again. I went to the repair shop myself but it took them a while to fix the problem. At first they said it's the ball joint. Then when they replaced it, instead of fixing the problem a weird sound came out of the shocks whenever i hit a dip. And it's still pulling to the right. It did not stop there, the problem was never fixed at all. This was in between my working time, which took a lot of my personal time. All i got was promises that the problem will be fixed.

Note: I purchased the car in Nov. 2007, after 2 days car went back for repair. After 2 or 3 weeks, car came back still unfixed. After a day had to go back the shop 2 or 3 times in a matter of 2 months.

And the worst incident, was when i was about to go back to the shop again. The car caught fire while i was driving. Another issue, all in a matter of 2 months.
I called Hyundai corporation and dealership and they both said that car is NOT under warranty anymore. I told them that it's still is under warranty because my mileage is still under 50 k, but they said that it's 5 years not 50 k?

I really feel bad and helpless about this, I made a $1,500 down payment and made my first payment for the car. I lost everything and i even had to make a claim with my car insurance company. It took a while for the claim to go through and I called the finance company about the incident. they also said they can't do anything. I just gave up the car to them and now Me & my wife have a reposession on our credit because of this.

PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM HYUNDAI GARDEN GROVE... THEY WILL JUST RIP YOU OFF, AND WILL NOT HELP YOU WHEN YOU HAVE A PROBLEM WITH THE CAR!!!

I also want to find out if there is anyone out there who can help me with this situation. It took a while for me to complain, because at first i thought i should not bother making complaints. But when I read some of the posts here, i decided to post my bad experience and see if there is a way for me to file a legal complaint against them even though it has been almost 10 months ago.
