I'm looking to replace my z24 with something a bit bigger and more up to date. i still want to keep in the chevy family, but hows the quality o fchevy interiors these days? I can  not stand the rattles in my cavalier  

I rented a Cobalt last summer and drove an 07 Malibu last winter while my car was in the bodyshop. They were both solid and rattle free. The dashboards were a mixed bag. The plastics were cheap but the controlls felt solid. They had good driving positions, but the seat materials were city bus quality. I felt like I was "on" the driver's seat rather than "in" it.
