GM released a press release this morning about the 2009 XLR. You'd think they would have released more pics with it!

Perhaps that's because one would think GM would have done a lot more with the car!

I have seen more examples of this car sitting inside shopping malls (yes, parked as a sample/demo vehicle inside malls with all sorts of business cards on the windows) than actually on the streets. There is nothing, price, styling, or power wise, that would entice many to purchase this vehicle over its sister Corvette. Honestly, I couldn't immediately tell what visual changes GM made to this Caddy other than adding the side vents until I read the press release (front and rear fascia are new?)  

I highly doubt this refresh will have any affect on already dismal sales.
