Hi,
My son has a 1990 Acura Vigor and he loves it. He was told that he can only use premium gas in it. With the price of gas now, he can't afford that. Since it's a 1990, does anyone know if it would be alright to use regular gas? He probably won't have the car for more than two years. thanks.

I have a copy of Consumer Guide Auto Series: Used Cars Rating Guide (1994 Edition).
Quote from the book: "We averaged 21.5 mpg with manual; premium fuel is needed."
You say it is a 1990 Vigor? My book rates 1984-1994 cars and according to the book, the Vigor made its debut in 1992.
Your son should think about buying an econobox. They are cheaper to insure and cost little to run.
