Is there any easy way to drain this half full fuel tank without taking tank out. There is an anti siphon device on the fuel filler. I was thinking I could disconnect the fuel line at the engine block and the fuel pump should be able to pump most of it out?
Incidentally, I am not sure where the fuel line comes into the engine.
