WOAH! The aveo hatch looks good in my opinion. I think the sedan is aweful. To each his own I guess! And you have to add the focus to the list, it deserves the top spot for '08!

2- 1958 Buick Limited
3- 1974 AMC Matador Coupe

5- 1957 Nash Rambler

Lincoln Navigator as the ugliest '08? What a misinformed call. Yes, it's not as beautiful as the Escalade, but at least it gets noticed. And have you actually sat inside a Navigator? It's quiet and has better design than the Escalade's interior.

The Chrysler Sebring, Dodge Avenger, Jeep Compass, Dodge Nitro, and Dodge Caliber should all sweep the top 5.

I'll just stick to makes and models sold in the US because it would be days of writting about cars sold only in other markets.

1. anything since the 70's by GM, Ford, And Crysler (pony cars notwithstanding)

2. Pontiac Aztec/ Buick Rendevous- the people who designed, engineered, marketed, and more importantly Ok'd this POS should be locked away for good.

3.Jaguar S-type- two words: Front End

4. BMW X6- I never thought Bavaria would try to compete with the Japanese, in this case the Infiniti FX, and I can't believe it they got it so wrong, I can't believe it passed their own smell test. should have stayed a concept only.

5 Subaru Impreza- design by commity never looked so horrible

6. 07-08 Dodge Avenger- WTF?

7. Jeep Patriot, Commander, Liberty, Compass. If I had Bill Gates money, I would buy every single one of these cars from Jeep, and From anyone who were dumb enough to buy them, and then I would destroy them, it just needs to be done.

8. Last Gen Nissan Sentra (Especially the Spec V whata joke)

I agree with you on the Aveo, bigtime. The hatch has some personality. The sedan just looks like a generic econobox.

A lot of good choices here, but there are some that I don't feel are getting their due on this forum:
The E65 BMW 7 Series
The Ford Scorpio Mark II (From 1994-98)
And for the all-time ugliest cars ever made, it's a tie:
The Mohs Ostentatienne Opera Car,
and the Mohs Safari Kar.
Both were hand-built luxury cars, built on a International Harvester truck frame (Because when I think luxury, I think IH)
The Opera Car had a single door in the back that you used to get in and a built-in refrigerator.
The Safari Kar had 2 sliding doors, and the exterior body panels were padded and upholstered in Naugahyde!
