I have a 2007 rav 4 awd which is making a grumbling or vibrating nois. This is most noticably at about 40 mph, especially when making alane change. Yes when turning the wheel that much it is really prevalent. HELP  

Oh, you must be mistaken, it's a Toyota so how could anything at all be wrong with it. Sorry for the smart ass comment but I can hardly resist whenever I get the opportunity due to the ignorant bias towards Toyotas many have. I know better, I've made my living in this biz for a few decades. As for help, it's an '07 so I'd suggest taking it to your stellar Toyota dealer and telling them exactly what you're experiencing, take them for a ride in it and have them drive it to create the problem so that they can diagnose what it is and fix, if it can be or they are capable. What you are describing is something that *could* just be a characteristic that vehicle exhibits or it could be tires, alignment, loose wheel lugs, bad wheel bearing, bad suspension or steering component or something else entirely. Very hard to diagnose something like this without driving the vehicle unless it's something widely characteristic of the model and you have previous experience with or knowledge of it.
