What are you looking for?  
and
What are you able to spend?

I suspect there are better cars to meet your needs than a mid-90s Saturn.  Reliability was marginal, plenty of strong competition.  Again, it depends on the two questions above.

If you don't mind plastic doors, body panel(the so-called bump-free thing,it might be bump free, but it can has holes on it), the inch wide door gaps then go for a Saturn.
