Hello,
I test drived a 03 Hyundai Tiburon today. It makes a loud screeching noise when I steer the wheel to the end (both left and right). What is the major problem of such occurance?

It's the power steering belt.
Most cars today are designed so that there are limiters so you can't turn the wheel that far to stress the power steering pump that much.
Guess that Tiburon might have a loose belt though too.
It's actually not a major problem-happens in alot of cars-you are usually warned to not turn the wheel all the way to the end of it's travel anyway.
