My 1999 E-150 Ford Econoline has ,what I think, is excessive feeling of road harshness in the front wheels. I feel every bump in the road thru the steering wheel. I thought it was the ball joints, so I replaced them , but no difference. It has new shocks , new ball joints, front bearing are ok. Any ideas ?? PS : I drive over the same road in my other cars, and I don't feel anything like I feel in my van.

Check your tire air pressure also those new shocks will take time to break in.
Another thing,if your van is totally empty-you might want to put four fifty pound bags of sand near the back of the van to help break in those shocks.
Vans like yours-if it is a cargo van have heavy duty springs to carry heavy loads-when empty they will bang your guts out.
Also, the type of tire matters as well.
If your van is a three quarter ton work van with big truck tires-it will ride much harsher than passenger or passenger style truck tires.
