Chrysler Imperial Coming in 2010

Chrysler has announced that the Rolls-Royce-but-cheap Imperial sedan will be built by 2010, but there are some issues to sort out first. The Canadian Auto Workers Union won't agree to run three shifts at the plant expected to build the car. What's the deal, Canada?
