I just drove a Yukon Denali, and was very impressed. It's incredibly fast, smooth, and cool to look at. But it's also equal in price to the Land Rover LR3. That's tough company. The LR is much better in terms of interior packaging. All seven seats are pretty comfortable to sit in and tuck away nicely. You have to take the Denali's 3rd row completely out if you dont want it, and legroom back there is disappointing for such a large truck. It's too bad, too, because the engine and transmission in the Denali are spectacular, while those of the LR are, well, disappointing. In the end, I think I'd take the GMC, despite the interior dimensions.
