Toyota is reportedly recalling 533,000 trucks and SUVs because of bad ball joints in the front suspension. It seems that the old quality leader seems to be in the news a lot lately for recalls and other issues. Toyota really needs to get these issues dealt with.

Agreed. Being the number one manufacturer in the world is meaningless if you aren't producing quality vehicles.

The ball joints probably came from an American plant.

I'm not happy about saying that either.

This is a part that should not fail if drivern properly for two hundred thousand miles.
