I saw a story today about a private community of homes being built in Georgia. Instead of being centered around a golf course, it's built around a 4.5 mile roadcourse, with a mile long straight that can double as a landing strip for the residents with private jets! My fantasies now involve living there, with a nice collection of cars to take around the block to the track, and vacationing in Hong Kong at the Peninsula Hotel and being chauffeured around in one of their Rolls-Royce Phantoms...

That is pretty sweet. Some people would, I'd imagine, complain about the noise of a race track in the neighborhood. Me? I'd love to wake up in the morning to the sound of Ferraris screaming and roaring around a track. Even just driving on the roads inside the subdivision would probably be pretty awesome (a daily exotic car show!)
