Got into the new MDX for the first time today. I was a bit worried because Jason complained about engine vibration and noise, as well as a lot of torque steer. But then I drove it, and was quite impressed. Sure, it needs more power, but just about every truck in this class does (super-expensive hot rod versions from Merc, Porsche, etc. don't count). The interior is gorgeous and I would say rivals the Audi Q7 for best-in-class. I'm not crazy about the exterior, but it is at least distinctive. There was some minor vibration from the engine, but not enough for me to be bothered by. Same goes for torque steer. It was smooth and quiet on the highway, I could fit in the third-row seats, and it is full of cool features like a wireless remote for the rear entertainment center. Definitely at the top of the class in my mind.
