Bob Lutz recently told journalists what while the CTS line will indeed expand, there is no room in the Cadillac plan for the ultra-luxury Sixteen sedan, which if sold would cost over $100,000. Is this the right move? Wasn't Cadillac once known for making the finest, most luxurious vehicles in the world? How can the marque regain that title with the DTS being their largest, plushest sedan? They can't, if you ask me. They needed that Sixteen.

The Sixteen is awesome, and would have been the ultimate flagship for Cadillac. I have no problem with them concentrating on their mainstream stuff, especially a proper driver's car like the CTS, but a no-excuses range topper would've been great. Hopefully something like it will happen in the next few years...
