Contrary to what the june 2006 issue says, the last time I checked, the koenigsegg ccx is a little faster than the bugatti but I could be wrong.

For what it's worth, Wikipedia lists the top speed of the Koenigsegg ccx as 261 mph, which is indeed faster than the Veyron.
But we haven't gotten our fingers on it yet. It's definitely slower 0-60, and has 200 hp less. But it could indeed be faster than the Bugatti in top speed. Think they'll give us one to test?
